At FIS Costa Rica, we design and deploy private LoRaWAN tower networks. From site analysis and installation to network configuration and monitoring. Our infrastructure ensures stable and secure connectivity across wide rural areas.
Technological solution with LoRaWAN
The Challenge
Deploying IoT solutions in rural and remote areas requires reliable connectivity. Public networks often lack coverage and stability in these regions. Without dedicated infrastructure, IoT systems face connectivity interruptions, limited scalability, and security risks.
Our Solution
To solve this challenge, we implemented a private LoRaWAN tower network using industrial grade gateways and high gain antennas. For this project, a Milesight UG67 antenna was installed.This infrastructure provides long range coverage, secure communication, and full network control.
