The Challenge
Wind turbines located in remote areas presented a significant challenge for surveillance. When the wind stopped and the blades ceased, these turbines lost power and connectivity via GPRS or the internet. This made access control and monitoring of the facilities extremely difficult, leaving them vulnerable to unauthorized access and potential damage.
Our Solution
To address this problem, we implemented an innovative and effective solution using LoRaWAN technology and the Milesight WS301 magnetic contact switch.
